My First Fail and Sucess

A Good hypnotist never gives up.  A great hypnotist knows when to stop.

A script was not enough for me to learn hypnosis.  For when I was looking at hypnosis I found that each person goes into trance differently.  I knew the human mind is an amazing tool to be used and it might be hard to access.  I love the play the hypnotist can do with the subject.  How the hypnotist can  guide them on a wonderful adventure.  How they can mold them and help them become the amazing people they truly are.  A script would never do justice to a sub for they are not all built the same.  Each person is has a different being, different mindset, different goals, different souls.  Having a set log of what you're going to say everytime word for word wouldn’t do.  But having an outline to use is a very nice to have.  So I ended up mimicking the hypnogirls inductions and deepeners when i did it for the first time.  

What was harder than actually learning hypnosis was building up the courage to talk about it.  I really do not remember how exactly I did.  But I knew it was a random question like “what do you think about hypnosis?”  Kind of cheezy but it got some talk in.  And I did how to get people to actually try it.  I pestered them a bit.  I don’t think it was the smartest thing to do but it got me to try my first induction.  I got a small group of us decided that it would be not as difficult to do the hypnosis in the Study rooms at the library, rather than the outdoor sitting area we were at the time.  The rooms had glass walls so people can see who was using them.  We put out many books to look like we were talking about psychology.  Because you know hypnosis goes with psychology, or so i am told.  

She was an awesome girl with a good imagination, the one I tried to hypnotize first.   It took me a bit to gather my thoughts.  Whatever thoughts I had were flying through my brain in one ear and out the other.  My mind became blank a couple of times because the thoughts flew too fast.  I don’t remember much from this trance other then i tried twice to install a trigger and it didn't work.  So I considered it a fail.  I still believe I actually got her into a trance but it is a faded memory now.  I somehow though made a friend forget the number 4 for a while and had a hard time remembering it.  Felt bad for him and he watched more and made sure he never went under again.  Which made me feel bad.

On the plus side though, he did help take me to see these two girls who became the first people I tranced.  EVER!  It was amazing how i got these two girls to do it.  I believe at the time I was learning about the wonders of texting and somehow managed to get two 6’ blonde girls to try out hypnosis with me.  I got a friend to pick us all up and we had three hours to kill.  After much debate about it we decided to go to a bookstore.  After another failed attempt, one of the workers at the bookstore told us no sleeping in the store.  I tried to explain hypnosis but the bookstore worker would have none of it so we went back to my friend’s car.  From there I tried on the other girl a long relaxation induction again and told the first one that I failed first that if she wanted to go under again to just listen.  

Somehow, this time,  it worked.  And boy did it work.  I had so much fun waking and dropping them.  Both of them forgot their names, and asked to forget a problem for the night.  one had boyfriend problems she wanted to forget and the other wanted to completely forget a guy because she was head over her heels for him but had major issues with him.  That second one was funny because we showed her a picture of him and she said she would never date him.  I also made them forget a number as well and returned it.  Best suggestion to me was my quacking suggestion.  Every time I snapped my fingers they would quack and if they were saying a word, or going to say a word, at the time then they would replace the word with quack.  The stories I made them tell were so good with the quacking I cannot do them justice here. They suggested that I do something naughty, like tell them to take off their clothes. So I made them strip down to their underwear without them realizing until I told them their clothes were gone.  After doing that twice and removing the suggestion I told them that suggestion wasn’t the brightest one due to the fact they both had boyfriends at the time.  They agreed with me and we had more fun.

We were only doing the hypnosis while we were waiting for the two blonde girl's friend. When she finally got out of work, I showed her the power of hypnosis and she wasn’t impressed.  I then realized that I might have overstepped my bounds that night.  I was having so much fun I didn’t think about my subjects.  The one I made forget about the guy was going to talk about him all night so she had to come back for me to undo the suggestion.  Even though it was one of the greatest moments of my life I felt bad.  It made me think about how i should interact with my subjects.  Make sure to take care of them.  But I also wondered how long some of those suggestions would stick.

Why I Started Hypnosis

Shall we begin?

My name is Jeffrey Inman, AKA Tofu, and this will be a blog about my hypnotic adventures.

Let’s start this off at the beginning.  Why did I learn hypnosis?

The biggest factor that got me into hypnosis was my high school. Senior year we had a stage hypnotist do a show.  I heard about it jr. year in high school and couldn’t wait to see it with my own eyes.  At the time of writing high school was long ago and I wish I could remember more.  But here are some of the highlights from the show.

• I knew a dancer that was up on stage and the hypnotist brought her to the center stage.  Told her she was the Greatest liar that was ever born.  And when she was asked about her profession she told the man she was a stripper.  The room uproared and he went silent.  Tried asking some more questions but had to drop her back because he couldn’t go anywhere with that job in a high school setting (man i wished it was in a college setting now that i think about it)
• Towards the end of the show he gave fun suggestions to the students to use in the audience.  When he said a certain word some people would think all hell broke lose and a war as going on in the room.  When Triggered a friend of mine threw his best friend down on the ground hards and covered him.  Bruising his bf’s arm in the process.  When the show was all done and over the hypnotist put an amnesia trigger to make all who participated forget they were part of the show.  Afterwards the friend that was hypnotized kept asking about the bruised shoulder and his bf refused to tell him that he did it.
• The hypnotist held a Mr. Universe competition and had all the guys get up and show their stuff.  For Those who do not know what a Mr. Universe competition is, it is pretty much a strong man show i believe.  The tist had them get up and flex, showing off their muscles and how strong they are.  some of them were lifting chairs and showing their guns off.  Now this sounds mundane except for the fact that one of the girls got up and started flexing.  I guessed in her mind she was a guy
• One of the students believed he was a Lifeguard and he was upset that kids were peeing in the pool.  The student started screaming at the kids and then took a dive into the “pool.”  the hypnotist dropped him under as he tried to swim across the stage.  

But the biggest memory I had about the show was watching my soon to be first girlfriend (happened later that year) going under during the show.  She looked like an amazing subject doing many of the suggestions without questioning.  Once we became boyfriend and girlfriend the topic of if i could hypnotise her came up because of me of course.  She wasn’t keen on the idea of doing it again.

My thoughts during the show though were  just awe and amazement.  I watched every suggestion the hypnotist suggested.  I looks at many of my friends that were on the stage and watched in amazement at how they could act normally or crazily from the suggestions and then just drop like a rock again.  At that point in time I knew half the people on the stage and  knew how they acted normally.  The differences I saw in them were overwhelming.  I would never in all my lifetime (you will see this phrase often) believe what I saw.  What they did for the show compared to that they did normally was mesmerizing.  All throughout the show I was thinking that this is something I wanted to learn.  I needed to figure out how this sorcery works.

So right after high school my dad decides to finally get the internet for the family.  I finally got to look around and have fun when i needed to and the first things I did was look up hypnosis videos on youtube.  Not knowing that youtube was very new (2006), I was searching for hypnosis videos and did so for a very long time.  From TV to cartoons to real life, I watched as many videos as i could get my eyes on.  I watched the video and tried to determine what was real and what wasn’t.  I looked at how the subjects acted and what they did while in trance.  I looked at the hypnotist, what they did and how they brought the subjects into trance.  I listened to the tone of the voice and the inflections they used.  The language, what words the hypnotist used and how the words were used in the sentence.  I wanted to learn every aspect of hypnosis but somehow didn’t want to learn from written word or from a person in life just yet.

Also during the years of searching the net for hypnosis videos i stumbled across a website that drew my attention another way with hypnosis.  one that alure me to new possibilities.  one that made me think that mind control is possible (not really).  To see this kind of hypnosis made my fantasies that seem out of reach become real.  Far more real than I can ever imagine.  The sight was called Hypnogirls.  It is gone now but I remember it well.  Each session went for an hour long with many fun and sensual trances.  I would look at all of his preview videos over and over wanting to watch a full video.  Two years after looking around on the net I got a free video of Hypnogirls.  It was one of the greatest videos I watched in my life at that point.  I watched the beginning of that video over and over again to deepen my learning of trance and how it worked.  It was an amazing learning tool for being a video you would normally just watch privately.  

This discovery had me yearning to learn hypnosis became stronger.  For why not use it to get girls?  But not to make girls my slaves, even though that is a deep fantasy of mine and I am not opposed to the idea, oh but to do something special for them.  Something distinctive that no other average guy can do.  If I failed to please a girl in some way, Hypnosis could help me.  I found out later that i could without hypnosis, But then again I found out I could take satisfying a girl to a whole nother level with it.

For me Learning hypnosis is a chance to see how the human mind reacts to the world.  How people interact with what they perceive.  How they Identify live their daily lives.  There is a world filled with magic that only I can see and bring out in others.  The human mind is a powerful not to be toyed with,  although that is what I do.  But I do not try to cause harm, I try to entice the imagination to see new and wondrous things.  Everybody has a beautiful mind in one way or another and all I want to do in unlock it for them.
